On the morning of January 24, 2012 Jennifer Lawrence announced the 84^th Academy Awards Nominations in Beverly Hills, California. Some of the most popular nominations included “The Decedents”, “Moneyball”, “Hugo” “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo”, “War Horse”, “Midnight in Paris”, and many more. Nominations for Best Picture went out to “Hugo”, “Moneyball”, “The Decedents”, “War Horse”, “The Artist”, “Extremely Close and Incredibly Close”, “The Help”, “Midnight in Paris” and “The Tree of Life”. There was a diverse amount of nominations with many different titles and first time nominated actors and actresses.
