Consultations: “What’s in a Name”

I can consult. I have experience, actually experiences or if you’re from my city spurrience..yeesh. Over the last 18+ years in this business, aside from being the “Artiste” (said with nasally French inflection), I’ve served as: booking agent, tour manager, contract specialist, attorney, jailhouse lawyer, accountant, collector, procurer of rare goods, connector, maven, a&r, engineer, arranger, composer, producer, beat maker, electrician, import/export, mentor, publicist, promoter, graphic designer, bag man, door man, bartender, bar back, sideman, leader, stan, purveyor, mule, manager, doctor, driver, navigator, roadie, merch:hash:gun slinger, referee, bad:good cop, owner, employee, customer service agent, copyright specialist, traveler, negotiator, translator, journalist, director, DP, editor, videographer, extra, star, blogger, resident artist, educator, clinician, “ambassador”, go between and emissary. There are probably a heap of epithets both considerate and not safe for work (read expletive laden) that someone could ramble on about. So as of late, post numerous phone and email inquiries,  i’m embracing the “consultant” moniker and going forward, will more than likely associate a fee to the aforementioned services…if and when rendered. Serious or partially serious inquiries only. Easy
