**NEW SONG ALERT**

This month's installment of the EXHIBIT series is here! ICYMI, the serial song project is back for the summer!

July’s song is called “First Matthew” and was inspired by two photographs of David Wojnarowicz, taken by Peter Hujar, on view at MoMA. 

It was also influenced by my reading of Patti Smith's excellent book Just Kids.

This is the tenth installment of EXHIBIT, a museum-based serial song project. Prior to the creation of each song in the series, I spend time in the museum of my choosing. Within one week’s time, I compose and record a song inspired by the visit.
