I use a muslin sheet lined colander for straining the mix. I’m not a big fan of the taste of almond milk so my next try will be cashew milk. The remaining nut pulp can be used to make nut meal or nut butter. I use the leftover almond pulp to make our ‘biscuit cereal’.
