We need to be careful to read the labels of the foods we put into our bodies. Even experienced metabolic coaches have to pause occasionally and make sure that the bag in their hand is what they actually think it is.
Nothing is more frustrating than to purchase something you think is healthy and find out later it has hidden sugars or proteins that are interfering with your weight loss or messing with your metabolism.
If you are not sure about a product, just ask your coach for help and take the time to read the labels of what you are eating.
