Ms. Jennifer Hayes, one of the awesome attendants from Thursday’s wedding caught me in action that evening.
At some point, who I am or was will only exist in the memories of those closest to me. However, the images I create will exist for generations. Printed images and the stories that often accompany them will live on for generations…hundreds of years. I don’t know if mine will last that long, but I approach image like it will. Photos today are so commonplace that their shelf life lasts only minutes in some cases. I’m striving to create the kind of images that people return to, over and over again. Thanks again Ms. Hayes for capturing this. My mother will love it.
