YUP I love YELP.

I check every restaurant on Yelp before I go there. Yes, indeed, this does that the spot-inanity of the whole experience out of it, but frankly I don’t care. A girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do.

It was on the first apps on got on my iPhone - and proud of it! Occasionally, I’m even brave enough to write reviews on there to be scrutinized by the public. GULP… 

And in case you lived in a hole and never visited Yelp.com, they also have reviews for shopping, nightlife, spas, hotel, etc.

Everyone once in a while you stumble on a good website… a website unlike one you’ve ever seen before… a website that changes you’re life… a website like Foodgawker. 

This website is food porn at it’s finest. The search features are amazing, and all of the photos (well at least all the ones i’ve clicked on)link back to recipes. SCORE! Precious hours of my life wasted on another website… soon I’m not gonna have any hours left in the day…

.ORG not .COM get it right people. Craigslist is an organization of people just dying to get rid of their crap and hopeful make a quick buck while doing it. 

The best part is the “free” section located above the furniture section. Essentially it’s the end all-be-all , where craigslist postings go to die. When hopeful sellers have lost all will to fight for that couple of dollars and just need to be realized of their items (typically furniture).

Score. I love other people’s trash. And I check that section for some good finds like 3 times a day. And now that I have their iPhone App. - I can check whenever I’m feel the urge. I wouldn’t want to miss it if something good actually turned up!

…. oh wait, I don’t have a car to go pick the stuff up with… crap….

I don’t full understand my obsession with things from the 1950’s. But I don’t ever spend time thinking about why I’m obsessions. It just seems like ludicrous to question your obsession, just go with the flow….

SO. i. love. typewriters. screw computers. i’m temporarily over them. 

Just look at it, it brightens up my day. Screaming out, your life can’t suck too bad, you got me! But in reality I don’t have one cuz their wicked expensive on ebay and I don’t know the first thing about how to use one. But one day… I’m gonna write type someone a very special letter on one, filled with errors due to the lack of backspace.

I love this website! They do such a good job at keeping me way more than up to date on all the food happenings in Boston. Whenever something closes, or something opens, or someone is giving away free food… they’re on top of it. Plus, I get to use the knowledge to impress all my friends which makes me feel a little bit special. Best part is they have it for other cities as well.

Seriously, I wouldn’t know about half the restaurants in this city if it weren’t for Eater. I wonder how they stumble upon all this knowledge?

So I’ve been following 7th House on the Left for months… like before I even discovered Bloglovin’, but this feature on Apartment Therapy really sums up this nice work this couple was able to do on their kitchen. Granted… they’re not as DIY awesome as Young House Love, but their vision and ability to change the total look and feel of a place is fantastic.

The one game that I can never ever seem to get enough of.

I about died when I got my mac computer and they didn’t have this. I’m mean seriously, in no way is chess better than spider solitaire. Seriously, the amount I spend with this game a day, is more than one human being ever should. I play whenever I’m doing nothing, which if you know me, that is basically all the time. 

Thank gosh they have a free app for my iPhone and iPad and Mac. 

I cannot express in words how happy I am that this place exists! They’ve taken popcorn to a whole new level. For reals, have you ever seen a periodic table of popcorn before? I didn’t think so!

And every flavor I’ve tried has been complete delicious. I can’t seem to pick which one I like the most from their kettle corn, peanut butter and jelly, maple, s'mores, salt & vinegar,

caramel apple, and caramel. All soo good. All so different. And plus, popcorn is actually pretty good/not that bad for you! Too bad I often sucome to the “too much of a good thing is a bad thing” rule.
