BRIAN LEWIS POST-HOLIDAY WEEKEND PREMIERE

Presenting Video Tours of 316 West 79th Street 4E and 136 West 75th Street 3C

Naturally, the only way to close out the summer is with a premiere of not one, but two property video tours hosted by top broker, Brian Lewis. He shows off the two Upper West Side gems in true Lewis form: engaging, quirky and always informative.

“Oh do I love a Pre-World War I building,” Brian says as he strolls up to the front door of 316 West 79th Street. Enter through yesteryear in the ornate, all-marble doorman lobby. He then whisks us away to present day on the newly renovated rooftop, which offers unbeatable Hudson River views. Step inside the airy living room of unit 4E that flows into a formal dining space fit for 8-12 guests. Brian jumps (yes, literally) into the adjacent kitchen complete with stainless steel countertops, washer/dryer and a large picture window. The final stops on the tour are the home’s three bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has two closets and enough space for a king-sized bed. The second bedroom is just as large as the master, Brian serenades (with the homeowner’s guitar), while a versatile third bedroom comes with a half-bathroom.

“What am I going to do? How am I going to make this place different?” Brian asks as he introduces 136 West 75th Street 3C. He proceeds to lead us down the tree-lined street to The Brick House building where he enters the home’s foyer and goes in for a close-up to the camera. Brian kicks back on a leather chair with the homeowner’s guitar in the smartly decorated living room. We’re sensing a theme here…The living room boasts an outdoor balcony with garden views and an opening to the kitchen (where he nonchalantly blows bubbles). He finds another guitar in the master bedroom and strums along to his own beat. Brian then introduces the bonus second bedroom-turned nursery with what else in hand? But, a toy guitar of course! Just to top off all of the wacky possibilities in presenting this home, we find Brian slowly pulling back the shower curtain as he reveals the marble bathroom.
