THE VIRTUAL RENOVATION ADVANTAGE

Our very own Director of Web Marketing & Social Media, Matt Leone, appeared on CNBC yesterday to discuss the advantages of Halstead’s Virtual Renovation. This innovative marketing solution involves digitally performing a gut renovation and redesign of a space by adding new flooring, paint, furniture, lighting, etc. This could be done to kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms and even façades.  Essentially, we provide “before” and “after” shots of the home’s current state and its virtually remodeled renderings on halstead.com. 14 Leroy Street is an example of Virtual Renovation. In fact, CNBC filmed the segment on location at this West Village townhouse. Matt explains that virtually renovated images benefit buyers who struggle to see a home’s potential:

“There are a lot of clients out there that can see through that and have a vision and be able to buy property based on line-of-sight and see where it can be. But, there are others that can’t see through that.”

CNBC’s Diana Olick adds that this solution has proven beneficial to agents with international clients. Halstead.com also experienced 30% more traffic after unveiling these renderings. Virtual Renovation is similar to another marketing solution: Virtual Stager, which furnishes vacant rooms. At Halstead virtually anything is possible in marketing our exclusive properties.
