This past weekend we sat down with him at Coachella for Food and Wine Magazine to talk about his new life outside of Blur as a land owning farmer, a cheesemaker, a Dad and a festival thrower. The annual concert and food festival he throws with Jamie Oliver (The Big Festival) is this August at his farm.
