The Colombian daily El Espectador published an interview with me today (with an unflattering picture taken 8 months and 15 pounds ago) about my recent report about the country’s counterinsurgency programs.
This program, which I’ve criticized in the past for relying too heavily on the military, now “is in danger of fading away. And not for a lack of resources, but because of a lack of high-level political support.”
