Openings and Closings

Chick-fil-A will open their Brookfield location in September and will also have locations in Danbury, Enfield, and Wallingford.

SBC Stamford is closing and will have a final shindig on July 20 to say goodbye to their loyal customers.  They cite “the inability to reach an amicable agreement with the landlord, coupled with the ongoing construction” as the reason for shutting down.

Stony Creek recently broke ground on a new brewery in Branford and they also recently collaborated with Jeff of Bar in New Haven on a new beer.  The brew is a session IPA that’s made with New Zealand hops.  It’ll be ready to pour in about two weeks at BAR.
