A One Tax Play
Today’s prompt for National was to write a ‘terza rima’, which uses a chain-linked rhyme scheme with three line stanzas and no particular meter. ABA, BCB, CDC, etc., with the final line using the middle rhyme of the previous stanza. Since it’s April 15th, the subject of this one seemed obvious but it morphed into an interesting metaphor.
