Ritsuka greeted the students with a small wave and turned around to introduce the other students to Youji and Natsuo. “These guys are my friends! We’re kind of like… the three musketeers!” He smiled and laughed as the others mostly went back to their groups and conversations.

He led them around the group to his desk, putting his bag next to it. “This is usually where I sit”

“Three musketeers?” Youji turned to Natsuo with a confused smile.

The fighter shrugged back. “I dunno what a musketeer is, but it sounds like a good thing.”

Seemingly satisfied with that assumption, the Zeros followed Rituska over to his desk with matching grins. “So where can we sit? We can stay near where your desk is, right?” Natsuo didn’t quite sound anxious, but he and Youji clearly both wanted to keep near the only other person they knew in the room.

“Well, Yayoi and Yuiko aren’t here because they left early on holiday with their families so you can sit in their seats.” He gestured to the seats on either side of him. He didn’t really know what they did for end-of-the-term parties since this was his first term. He was just as clueless about the situation as the Zeros.

“I think we might play games later…” He looked around the room and spotted a small refreshment table with what seemed like plates of fruit and candy. “… looks like they brought sweets. Would you guys like anything? I might get myself some water.” He stood up and took off his coat in the meantime.
