The passion and mission of Ayers’ life for the past 30 years has been the improvement, democratization and enhancement of American schools.

Salon Magazine's description of Bill Ayer's STRATEGY of the 'long march thru the institutions' by ensuring that the curriculum, and syllabuses COMPELLED upon teachers and their students reflect his vision of the BAD USA, and his vision of a progressive future. This, apparently seems a more viable strategy than blowing shit up.

The article HERE is notable in that he describes his interview with Megyn Kelly.

So many people have approached me about that interview, and have had different reactions to it, but I don’t look at something like that as a big deal. I write a lot, and I’m still a very politically engaged and active person. I had never even seen Megyn Kelly. She struck me as a very strange person. She’s like a cyborg constructed in the basement of Fox News. She’s very striking, but very metallic, very cold. Her eyes are very cold.

Well, she must be cold because unlike your (Weather Underground) wife, she did not say of the Sharon Tate, LA Bianca murders  "First they killed those pigs, then they ate dinner in the same room with them, then they even shoved a fork into the pig Tate's stomach! Wild!". YEAH, I know, you claim that was an ironic statement. But is Ms Dorhn so inept? An adjunct professor of law?

We are in a culture where spectacle is more important than substance, and celebrity is more important than accomplishment. This is a danger. The ongoing, continuous circus does take a toll on our ability to think clearly. So, when we should be talking about issues of war and peace, economic choice and ecological destruction, we get drawn into the latest scandal, or the newest nude photos, and those things are all a distraction.

Frankly, when I have seen her turn ON that ice it is when her bullshit detector goes wild, as in the famous Bill Burton destruction.

Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly shot back Thursday at former U.S. domestic terrorist Bill Ayers, who in a recent interview said that Kelly was has “very cold” eyes and that she’s “like a Cyborg.”

“Only when I’m looking at a man who bombed the USA and home of a little boy, Bill!” Kelly wrote on Twitter.

Kelly also took a jab at Salon, the online publication that printed Ayers’s remarks, calling it a “left-wing rag.”
