In the last scene of Pretty Little Liars Season 5 episode 3 we saw Mona watching Hanna get her hair done. All of a sudden we see another person go up and talk to Mona. It appears she has long blonde/light brown curly hair. Could this figure be Alison (perhaps they might shock us all and have Mona and Alison team up or something) or just someone from Mona’s army?
