I just got my copy of this book about a week ago. Mickey wrote the forward for this book and of course Ween is featured in it.  Their first live show was opening for the Butthole Surfers on May 3, 1987. They continued to open for many bands like the Ramones, 7 Seconds, Killing Joke, and many more. Mickey says that at one point they were playing there about twice a month, and he also worked there as a teenager in exchange for free admission. Ween also happened to be the last show that Randy Now booked on December 2, 1994. They were the headlining band for that final show.
