My name is Laura Serrano. On October 14, 2005 my life changed forever when the South West Sewage District #3 shut down Bergen Point Sewage Treatment Plant. Causing back flow, sewage waste burst pipes and seeped out. Some homeowners were paid off - and some were not. Because of this I contracted aseptic meningitis. This raw sewage injustice was a cover-up and was going to remain a cover-up until now.
