I got a chance to learn how to handle a beautiful owl at the Medieval Fair. I really liked the organization who introduced us to the birds. Unlike people who capture birds and try to make them into pets, this organization provides care and rehabilitation services to sick or injured wildlife and returns them back to the wild. Anyways, Katara was the name of the owl and her handler told us she was a big baby and loves getting pat. ....although nobody noticed, I'm cosplaying Angelica from Pirates of The Caribbean T_T
