i stopped for 5 minutes to pick something up today and when i went back to my car there was a ticket. the cop was still there and saw the look on my face. he went to the meter and put in a quarter to get a parking receipt, entered that number into his machine and then ripped up the ticket he had given me. he totally made my day.
