They don’t recommend screening for women under 50, because the chance of breast cancer in younger women is so very rare, and they only recommend it if you can feel a lump. Guess what? I felt no lump. The doctor felt no lump. By the time anyone would have actually felt anything resembling a lump (about a year later), it would have been TOO LATE! Like waaaaaaahahahaaay too late.
