- Squats
- One-leg lunges
- Lying hamstring curls on gym ball
- Leg curl machine
- Hip abductor machines
- Wall sits
- Leg extension machine
- Glute machine
- 20 minutes cardio
= 450 calories burned + a nice ass oh yeah ;)
