3 sets x 10-15 reps 

  • Squats
  • One-leg lunges
  • Lying hamstring curls on gym ball
  • Leg curl machine
  • Hip abductor machines 
  • Wall sits 
  • Leg extension machine 
  • Glute machine 
  • 20 minutes cardio 

= 450 calories burned + a nice ass oh yeah ;)
