Practice Makes Perfect

by Julie James

After eight long years of being co workers, who were in fact secretly in love with each other what can you say? These two have waited so long to be together, they had put in a helluva lot of effort to keep things between them purely platonic and that is, by continuously competing with each other, to be ahead of the other for eight years, eight long years!!! Okay, I’ve read Julie James’ other book Just the Sexiest Man and I liked it. hahaha. Then I decided to check this out and at first I hesitated because I was like, Ohh.. another book about lawyers… I was skeptical that It would be just like the first one, just different in character and had a different situation…blah blah blah. But my curiosity got the better of me so I tried reading it.

And there it was. I stuck on it all day on my birthday. Funny isn’t it. I just didn’t want to miss what will happen to them. How they fought, the sarcastic remarks and everything… I just can’t get off it. With the combination of humor and romance, and a little twist near the end you’ll definitely find yourself shocked and craving some more.

There this thing though: what the hell does J.D. means? and why is Payton’s name is with an “A” intead of an “E”? . That was a total cliffhanger!
