小西（利行）：僕のプレゼンは、「難しいのはここです、それをこうすると簡単になります」というのが基本的なロジックです。難しいことを簡単にすると人は喜ぶ、というのが僕の持論で。

あと、最初にキーワードを出すようにしていて、その選び方は「それ、相手（世の中）がうれしいかな？」「それ、誰かに話すかな？」の2つだけ。

「相手がうれしい」は突破力で、「誰に話すか」は波及力。いつもできるだけシンプルにコンセプト化して、分かりやすく、皆が動きやすいフレーズを作るようにしています。
