So I just got hired to work for Estée Lauder at Macy's, and coming from working at Sephora I have to embarrassingly admit that I have never used any EL products. I'm going to get a few things before I start next week, what are your favorite products from their line? Also, just wanted to say how much I love this blog! You guys are awesome.

Estee Lauder was my introduction to makeup, really, so I have a certain fondness. For full coverage foundation, I think they do amazing work. Estee Lauder Doublewear was one of the first foundations I ever bought actually, when my skin was really bad. The shade range is better than a lot of other brands, too. I think my favorite thing from them now, though, is the range of Pure Color Envy Lipsticks. What a magnificent formulation — magnificent. The packaging is ultra luxe, too. I think they put in a lot of thought (and quality) into the launch of the line. Vengeful Red is my favorite…naturally. My all time #1 favorite nail polish for years was Estee Lauder but they discontinued it to my dismay. But I like the formulation of theirs, usually. My favorite face products from them are usually their limited edition launches in the blush and highlighting powder categories….usually always finely milled, pretty colors with beautiful packaging. And I do like their lip glosses, even though I’m not really a big lip gloss girl.
