best at home remedies to get rid of spots (honey etc?) you have lovely skin!

Well I stopped using home remedies and went to the dermatologist – that is why my skin is so nice, lots of expensive dermatologist products! Salicylic and glycolic acid really do nothing for me, they just overdry my skin. The only products that work for me aren’t available to the mass market and so I have to have them prescribed. Le sigh.
I’m a fan of toothpaste on acne (plain white kind), and honey/yogurt/aspirin masks. Uncoated aspirin tablets mashed up with a drop of water on any spots is a great quick fix for acne and I used that mask combo constantly before I went to the dermatologist to fight my acne.
