HEY POWDERDOOM! so i am looking for the perfect white mascara, pref under $25. i've been looking for a lash primer that dries white cause i figured that's my best bet-- i heard clinque/lancome ones do, but i went to the mall and the makeup ladies dissuaded me--one tried the lancome primer on a hair from her head and it dried clear. what should i get? (maybe urban decay is better?) do any have reviews with pictures? i've tried searching but i can't find anything. THANKS.

Couldn’t find reviews though. I wouldn’t use primer because primer would dry clear.
