Even when I use a primer and set it with powder, my top liner always ends up in my crease. Is there a way to fix this or do I just have broken eyelids?

You don’t have broken eyelids. That is so dramatic! You likely have a combination of oily lids and the wrong eyeliner. Chi-Chi, you have oily lids, what do you recommend?

:O Ohai there! o/ Hmm, for primer, the two that work best for me are NARS Pro Prime Smudgeproof Eyeshadow Base ($24 | link) and Too Faced Shadow Insurance Glitter Glue ($18 | link) when I’m using glitter (duh) and shadows with a lot of fallout. I also like the Maybelline Eye Studio Color Tattoo Eyeshadows (~$5-7 | link) as good color drugstore bases (swatches here and here). For liner, we both love Tarina Tarantino liners, my liquid liner of choice is the Koji Dolly Wink Liquid Eyeliner and favorite gel liner switches between Bobbi Brown and Maybelline. My last recommendation would be to wait a while for the primer to fully set and then wait even longer for the liner to fully set.
