Make a Difference and Be Inspired at Art All Night DC September 27th
Art All Night DC: Nuit Blanche is an all-night festival that will celebrate all art forms from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m. on September 27th.
The DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities (DCCAH) is excited to announce that DC’s annual art festival, Art All Night: Nuit Blanche DC will be expanding across the city on September 27, 2014.
Think Brown INK is excited to join the team for the Congress Heights Art All Night, which is specifically in search of volunteers to help make this year’s event a success. We will activate five blocks of programming on Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue as well as at Gateway DC, Ward 8’s new urban park.

Volunteers are needed beginning at 6pm to 3 am. (shifts are four hours depending on your availability)
General Event Staff (will be placed where needed throughout the event). Site Specific (You can volunteer for a specific curator or at a specific exhibit or activity) Technical (tell us what technical event skills you have) Operations (make sure logistics are executed) Security (help keep an orderly event)The creative director for Congress Heights Main Streets (CHMS) is Tendani Mpulubusi El. In collaboration with the Ward 8 Arts & Culture Council, CHMS will host a variety of interdisciplinary creative attractions and artistic expressions.
