hm hm (this might sound silly but)..watch anime! a cute one with a style that you like or are striving for, (or even if the only thing you like in the anime is the hands or the hair or the eyes), study it! If you have trouble with a certain thing (hands for instance), watch a good anime and pause when they use their hands~ I take lots of screenshots!

Animes with styles I like are
Hiyokoi, Heartcatch Precure, One-Off, Ishuukan Friends, K-On, Little Witch Academia,
Kimi Ni Todoke, the Sailor Moon manga, Oresama Teacher (a manga), and Studio Ghibli movies
(to name a few haha /////)

anyway, if you see something you like, take lots of screenshots of that scene!

The garden in Arrietty the Borrower by Ghibli is so pretty, I have lots of pictures of it ;u;
