Spray paint is a great way to update decor items. Inexpensive & so EASY to do. *There are no rules when painting - as you can see in the finished square flower pot, spraying lighter towards the top made a gradation look since the original color was light.

Local hardware stores Home Depot, Lowes & Ace have a great selection of spray paints to choose from. The Rustoleum paint being used here is $3.87-$4.99 a can & was purchased at Ace when they were having a July 4th special $2.50 a can!

This flower pot came out perfect for our upcoming post: Home Courtyard & Outdoor Decor

*Do follow directions on can. Only spray in a well ventilated area & use responsibly.
