Update - May 23, 2014
We received 8 expressions of interest yesterday and 5 requests for the organ. We were happy to donate it to another family at St. Paul’s Choir School where the student is an aspiring organ scholar who has been praying that he could find an organ. They were also first to respond and request. A wonderful outcome. Thanks for your interest.

Dear Organists, Organ Teachers and those that might like to learn the organ -
We have an organ in our home that we need to find a new home for asap. We will be having our living room floors and painting redone and the organ won’t fit in our new configuration of furniture.
This is an organ that was part of a closed Church. We got it thinking our children who take piano lessons might like to learn/play the organ. While there is some interest, our kids prefer to practice keyboard on our electric piano. The organ is in good working condition.
We are in the Boston area and would like someone to claim it soon by emailing me at scotlandry[at]yahoo.com. I’ve included some pictures below.
We are happy to donate it (no cost). We would prefer its new owner to arrange for it to be moved as soon as possible, but we are willing to help if necessary. We will give preference to the first individual or organization that can move it quickly as our painting/flooring work begins next week (just got moved up).
