New Features: Hooray for Multi-page PDFs!
Since we launched Cage earlier this summer, it’s been amazing to see all the companies and teams sign up and use Cage with their clients and internally. For all of you that use Cage, a big thank you from everyone on our team. We’ve had a great few months, learning a lot about what we can do to make Cage an even better tool for real-time creative collaboration.
We’ve just recently launched the first of many big updates to Cage that includes a variety of new features that have come highly requested (the screenshot above actually hints at two of them). Every one of these updates corresponds to a piece of feedback we’ve received from our customers since our launch in July. As always, it’s our goal to continue to make Cage an indispensable tool for creatives everywhere.
We’ve now expanded file support to cover more than 100 file formats (this was a big undertaking). In doing so, we’ve tackled something that was needed, full support for multi-page PDFs. You can now upload and review your large PDFs and print proofs that you would save from apps like Illustrator or InDesign in Cage. We also released full support for audio formats too (this means you sound engineers, and creatives working in radio advertising will love this). Lastly, the addition of keyboard shortcuts are now available in Cage (this makes it fast and easy getting around in the app). As you can tell, it’s an exciting time for us and we’ve been staying busy (not to mention all the behind-the-scenes improvements we’ve made to make Cage faster).
We’re just getting started and have began work on a number of new additions and features that will make Cage simpler, easier, and more useful! If you have an account and you’re interested in being part of the testing send us an email: hello@cageapp.com
Thanks for using Cage. We appreciate you!
