Six years ago, Tayler Wiles didn’t own a bike. Yesterday, the 25-year-old competed at La Course, the inaugural race for women that coincided with the final day of the Tour De France. But can 13 laps around the Champs-Élysées compete against the boys’ club’s storied 100-year legacy? She thinks so.
