Veggie bao - organic marinated tofu cake and steamed bun served with choi sum, hoisin sauce, crush peanuts, coriander + dikkon radish.
I had this today for lunch in Bristol and it was lovely! The cafe was very small but cute, service was fast and it was only £6 for two of these which is amazing. I’m surprised there wasn’t a queue out the door! Plus you can get takeaway which I’ll definitely be doing when I’m feeling like a lazy student rather than spending a lot of money on a greasy, horrible takeaway. :P
Oh, and the cafe is called BAOWOW. (coolest name ever, I know)
