Convicted killer plans to marry before heading to prison
TROY (NY) – Convicted killer Michael Mosley, who faces life without the possibility of parole when he is sentenced July 12, has plans for another big event before that – a wedding.
Mosley, who was found guilty June 2 of two counts of first-degree murder in the brutal January 2002 killings of Arica Lynn Schneider, 18, and Samuel “Frost” Holley, 27, applied to Rensselaer County Judge Robert Jacon, who presided at the trial, to marry his longtime girlfriend before Jacon sentences Mosley that morning.
