Jennifer James is an avid traveler (visited 5 continents in 2013 and 2014) and has traveled to Africa nine times since 2011. Jennifer is a social do-gooder and global health reporter. She wrote over 70 articles for the Gates Foundation and currently writes at Huffington Post and for several NGOs like IntraHealth and PSI. She is also the founder of Mom Bloggers for Social Good, a global coalition of mothers who care about international pressing issues.
Jennifer has been named a Fast Company Social Media Maven, a Blogger out to Change the World by Water for People, and a Top 25 Blogger Changing the World by Babble. She has also received two fellowships from the International Reporting Project and one fellowship from the National Press Foundation to report on global health. She has reported from Brazil, Kenya, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia, India, and Ethiopia several times.
