Armando ‘Pitbull’ Perez, winner of the BMI President’s Award, performs during the 19th Annual BMI Latin Music Awards at the Encore Las Vegas on March 30, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Pitbull received the award for his bending style of music which has allowed him to appeal to fan bases across Hip-Hop, Urban, Latin, and Pop music genres.  He joins the likes of Emilio and Gloria Estefan, Juanes, Taylor Swift and Willie Nelson to have been honored for their influence on the entertainment industry.
