Buzz buzz says the worker bee
Puffing his cigarette
Outside a 10 story hive
Black slacks and a suit coat
Tailored shoes and tailored words
He’s a professional
My worn jeans must make me jealous
As I judge him with a metaphor
I don’t know his lifestyle
I can only make assumptions
If his wife loves him or his children hug him
But I pray to God above
That I don’t sell my dreams for a Rolex
