Back in May 2014 my Father was diagnosed with prostate cancer. The cancer had spread to his spine. He went for the operation and they had successfully removed the tumor from his spine.
But of course with spine surgery, there is always a chance of nerve damage. And sadly my father was affected and is not able to walk like he use to. In June 2014 he went to GOLDEN GATE REHABILITATION CENTER for physical therapy. He was there until August 22. On August 21 they told us his insurance will no longer pay for his stay and we had no choice but to leave. Although the physical therapy he was getting was helping, he still has a long way to go. My house has 20 steps, and my father is unable to go up or down them. The stair lift we need costs between $6000-$8000. Insurance doesnt cover it and my Father has very limited Income. Please Help.
