Nazanin Rezvan is an accomplished and driven medical professional with a diverse background. Certified by both the state of California and the state of Nevada, Nazanin Rezvan currently holds a position at a hospital in California's San Fernando Valley as a clinical pharmacist. As a medical professional, Rezvan's responsibilities include providing TPN, renal dosing, and vancomycin dosing, as well as conducting chemo therapy. Nazanin Rezvan also monitors pediatric drug dosing. Before commencing her present role, Nazanin Rezvan held positions at a variety of hospitals and pharmacies in both California and Nevada. From 2007 to 2009, Nazanin Rezvan worked in Burbank, California, as a Pharmacist at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center. At Providence, Rezvan performed such tasks as patient monitoring, prescription verification, and IV to PO conversion. Prior to this, she sat on the rotation at a number of hospital pharmacies in Nevada, including as a member the general medicine rotation at St. Rose Dominican Hospitals in Henderson, Nevada. A member of the Institute for Safe Medication Practices (ISMP) and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Nazanin Rezvan holds certifications in a number of areas. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Southern Nevada College of Pharmacy.
