This is Chief. We believe he is a Corgi/Shepherd mix, probably with some other things thrown in. We got him from the Jefferson County Humane Society in Steubenville, Ohio. We think that other than his floppy ears, he could be Cordi’s brother. He weighs about 29 pounds and is estimated to be between a year and a half and two years old. His vet calls him a “Sawed-off German Shepherd.”
Chief is a bit timid and sometimes snappy around strangers and other dogs, probably due to whatever experiences he had before he joined our family. He loves walks, fetch, and is very affectionate with his family, though.
