After recently adopting a plant-based diet, I decided to start this blog. While I don’t claim to be a perfect vegan, I do claim to be a well-intentioned individual with a healthy lifestyle in mind.

Through this blog, I want to share so many of the amazing benefits of a plant-based diet, but also address challenges I’ve faced in making the change. Indeed, it has not been an easy change to make; but, despite its difficulties, it’s been one that I have enjoyed immensely and one I will probably never go back on.

I encourage you to read on, to learn more about the diet and make informed choices about what you eat. For, it is those who are informed about the choices they make, that tend to make the best choices for themselves.
