thai peanut sauce with marinated tofu cubes, tomato, cilantro, cucumber, bean sprouts, chopped peanuts, herbs & spices. Served over brown rice.

I subbed fried tofu for marinated, but didn’t end up eating any of this in the restaurant. I had the worst migraine and got the waitress to box this up for me to takeaway. They must have thought I was crazy.

So the second picture is how I actually ate this, back in my hostel. Doesn’t it look like a mess? It was all cold by then but it still tasted good.
