Isn’t airplane food disgusting? The vegetarian option always turns out to be vegan. This was dry tofu scramble with nasty potatoes. I managed to eat it all but it was not pleasant. On the side was a tough, chewy raisin bagel and a pot of fruit salad which you can see I already ate before I took this photo.
To give Air Canada some credit, at least this was an interesting and original breakfast concept for plane food.
