It’s officially Halloween week! Now while some of you may have been celebrating all month, VanIsh officially kicked off the Halloween fashion with the Sydney Maria USA Fashion Show at Sutra this just past Friday, October 21st. Halloween is usually dubbed for the scary and creepy, but VanIsh and Sydney Maria pulled all the stops for a sexy and flashy Halloween show.
Every single one of these one of a kind outfits are so incredible from the giant bright feathers down to the smallest bead. Sydney Maria designs the outfits based on the traditional samba costumes worn by men and women. The most common place to see these outfits are at the Carnival Festival in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Seeing how these gorgeous creations are covered in feathers, beads, and elaborate fabrics, they are hard to miss, duplicate, or dislike. VanIsh Marketing & Media correspondent, Lesli Del Rio, asked some attendees of the show which outfit was their favorite and they responded either the white, sexy bunny worn by Rebecca Rangel or the elaborate hot pink feathered outfit worn by Timarie Bryant. They are all so beautiful!
This fashion show was incredible! All of the models were so excited to be a part of this. Model Jennifer Gonzalez stated before the show how much she loves the outfits because of their originality. The outfits are all so unique and fun and every single girl ROCKED each and every one. While the models usually walk the runway to top 40 and various other artists, this time was different. As they were approaching show time, traditional samba and Brazilian tunes hit the speakers. Definitely set the tone for the show! Before it all began, the models learned a few fun samba dance moves to show off on the runway. They all did a fantastic job with the dance moves, and they definitely added to the overall effect of the show!
All members of the VanIsh team as well as those from Sydney Maria USA had a great time at Sutra for the fashion show. Even the amazing designer donned one of his elaborate outfits and danced on stage at the end of the show!
