Article: New Uses For Creatine

I use to correlate creatine with big, overly aggressive body building guys who I wanted nothing to do with. My dislike of that culture allowed me to stay willfully ignorant to it and to do ZERO research of my own, just accepting what I heard from other people around me as fact. 

In reality, creatine is one of the most tested and studied supplements out there and is not only safe but highly effective at helping build and maintain muscle. 

Now there seems to be more evidence that creatine should not only be considered just a muscle supplement but an all over wellness supplement. This is quite the eye opening article, I am planning on restocking my supply of creatine ASAP.
