Oh yeah! Happy surprise! Some purslane seeds blew into my rosemary pot. For once I don’t have to transplant them from some gross street side, then wait for one entire growth cycle before I feel comfortable eating it.

While regarded as a WEED in the States, in many other countries it is grown as a vegetable and a common sight at the dinner table. I’m starting to see this stuff being sold at farmer’s markets at a premium… but seriously people, if you got this in your garden - don’t just weed it, EAT IT!
