Well, this is really something. Anyone who’s spent any time in Ballard (SOME PEOPLE DO THAT, WE HEAR) has probably see and/or made noises with Joel Romeo, who is an artist and sort of a neighborhood mystery.

For those people, there is this mini-doc, which Nipper did a very good job contextualizing so you can just go read about it over here. 

However, because Joel doesn’t really talk, there are still some big mysteries about him like…who is he? Where is he from? What did he do BEFORE he walked around Ballard making drawings and listening to records and drinking beer?

The world may never know.
