i remember scrolling through my youtube subscriptions via (computer) a few months back and finding my interest level at an all time low. i took to my cell phone because it gives me a bit more information such as what videos the people i subscribe to have rated or commented on…etc. and this one talented artist i’ve been watching for some time now (i’ll have a blog about him a little later) jayaleander95 rated a video by an artist who called herself ETERNITY. the thumbnail for the video looked very interesting - i seen a young girl bent down posing in the middle of a moving escalator   with some hooker tights and a black corset on - needless to say it spiked my interest so i tuned in. i was immediately intrigued by her creativity. her image was obviously pieced together by her own endless mind…in the first minute i seen an artist with extreme potential - an artist who believed in herself - an artist that was fearless - an artist that believed in her music - an artist that could careless if you pointed fingers - an artist that was hungry. as i continued to watch this video “Hella High” i wanted to know more - i wanted to know where she was from, how long she had been at it, what her goals were, and who she was working with…so, i began watching her other videos. i noticed the negative feedback (which most incredible artist receive in the beginning) and i also noticed the positive feedback. after watching every video on her channel i immediately began to comment - i searched her on fb - and i found her on instagram – i wanted to talk to this girl…as an artist myself i had to get my hands on her - i wanted to collaborate. Eternity wears wigs, sings, raps, dresses up, she’s repeatable, and most of all she is talented. i began getting images of a young lady gaga in my head - i seen her as a similar artist and having a similar career….i’m speaking in potential here, not an exact career path. i see her eventually stepping in and changing the music industry one day - i see her changing peoples minds - i see her making people like her - i see her going mainstream - and i see her doing nothing less than committing to her craft…..and that is artistry. Eternity is an amazing artist on the rise and her funky style - funky music - and incredible vision will pull you in. please check her out – she is def. an artist to keep your eye on….i believe in this chick – i know she can and will do great things.
